If you are using the latest version on Steam, download the AE build. The older build supporting 1.5.97 is still around to support people who have downgraded their installation or otherwise prevented updates.

Also super pissed. My game worked awsome before, then i had to work my ass of to get this game to run well since the 4kpatch and Last update they made Fd everything up. Finally got it to work perfectly after weeks/months. And then they decide to update the game for insignificant shit, AGAIN.
There is a guide online I had to use where you use steam database to roll back this update to a previous version so you can still use all your mods. Essentially you stop automatic updates in steam and rollback the exe to the last update in January this year. This was the guide I used.

Updated ENBSeries 0.484 for TES Skyrim SE without version change. Fixed point light shadows of parallax which was disabled for some types of meshes by mistake in one of previous updates. Increased quality of sun rays effect to hide noise pattern.
What are they doing? Grab the game on pc and download as many as free mods you wish and enjoy. I've beaten skyrim both on ps3 and pc. The menu and item weight on the ps3 version was so annoying that I regret my time spent on that. For some games with huge community support, the pc is the definite way to enjoy
